Even things that seem completely unrelated can easily be broken with updates. This is super common in the modding world, updates cannot take into account mods, and almost always break some. I can launch just fine, deleted ModData before launching the first time though. If you're having problems modding, don't post on these forums. Frosty Mod Manager will need updating to support the new version of the game most likely.
